Shipping and delivery

All orders are shipped from our locations in Liechtenstein or Austria. Orders from Switzerland and Liechtenstein are processed and shipped from our location in Liechtenstein. Deliveries to EU countries are handled through our location in Austria. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the destination country as well as the weight of the ordered products. Once the delivery address is entered, the applicable shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart.

For delivery addresses in Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Austria, there is also the option of local pickup. After selecting this option, a preferred date can be suggested. The final appointment confirmation will then be sent via email.
